How to Infuse Your Cocktails

  1. Fill Camp jar with 12oz of Liquor (or hot water for zero proof).
  2. Refrigerate for 3 Days
    OR
    Don’t have 3 Days? Microwave your infused Camp jar without the lid for 1 minute, and shake. Remove lid and continue to microwave in 30 second increments until small bubbles appear and the liquid is heated through. Allow to cool.
  3. Shake well and strain
  4. Mix 1.5 oz with a mixer of your choice (soda, juice, tonic, etc.), or use in one of our recipes.

Classic Sangria

This simple recipe highlights the flavors of summery fruits with a dash of bubbly lemon lime soda to give it a refreshingly bright bite. Garnish with some fresh citrus, apple slices, or grape halves if you want.
Infusion Time: 3 days | Active Time: 3 minutes

INGREDIENTS
Makes 1
  • 1 oz. strained Camp Craft Cocktails Sangria infusion
  • 3 oz. red wine
  • 1 oz. lemon lime soda
  • 1 glass of choice
  • 1 straw
  • 1 fruit of your choice, for garnish
PREPARATION
  1. Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Sangria with rum, and cap tightly. Shake thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 days.
  2. Fill a glass with ice and add strained Sangria infusion, red wine, and lemon lime soda. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Top glass with a fresh fruit of your choice to garnish.

Sangria with a Ginger Ale Floater

Infusion Time: 3 days | Active Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS
Makes 1
  • 2 oz. strained Camp Craft Cocktails Sangria infusion
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. ginger ale
  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 1 glass of choice
PREPARATION
  1. Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Sangria with vodka, and cap tightly. Shake thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 days.
  2. Add strained Sangria infusion and lime juice to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice.
  3. Cap the shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, until well chilled.
  4. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with 1 oz. of ginger ale; add more to taste if desired.

Sangria Golden Ratio

INGREDIENTS (Makes 1)
  • 2 oz. strained Camp Craft Cocktails Sangria infusion
  • 1 oz. ginger ale
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
PREPARATION

Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Sangria with vodka, and cap tightly. Shake thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 days. Fill a glass with ice and add fresh lime juice and strained Sangria infusion. Stir in glass for 20 seconds to mix and chill. Top glass with ginger ale.

Sangria Mocktail

INGREDIENTS (Makes 1)
  • 1.5 oz. strained Camp Craft Cocktails Sangria infusion
  • 4 oz. citrus bubbly water
PREPARATION

Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Sangria with hot water, and cap tightly. Allow to cool and then shake thoroughly. Fill a glass with ice and add strained Sangria infusion. Top glass with citrus based bubbly water and a straw.
