How to Infuse Your Cocktails

  1. Fill Camp jar with 12oz of Liquor (or hot water for zero proof).
  2. Refrigerate for 3 Days
    OR
    Don’t have 3 Days? Microwave your infused Camp jar without the lid for 1 minute, and shake. Remove lid and continue to microwave in 30 second increments until small bubbles appear and the liquid is heated through. Allow to cool.
  3. Shake well and strain
  4. Mix 1.5 oz with a mixer of your choice (soda, juice, tonic, etc.), or use in one of our recipes.

Apple Toddy

Infusion Time: 3 days | Active Time: 3 minutes

INGREDIENTS
Makes 1
  • 1 half a lemon
  • 2 oz. strained Camp Craft Cocktails Hot Toddy infusion
  • 1 Tablespoon honey (agave or vegan honey works fine)
  • 4 oz. apple juice
  • 1 mug
PREPARATION
  1. Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Hot Toddy with whiskey and cap tightly. Shake thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 days.
  2. Juice your lemon half into a mug and drop the lemon rind inside.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to mug and microwave for 1 minute. Stir gently and serve.

Classic Hot Toddy

INGREDIENTS (Makes 1)
  • 2 oz. strained Camp Craft Cocktails Hot Toddy infusion
  • 1 oz. Camp Simple, Classic
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
PREPARATION

Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Hot Toddy with vodka, and cap tightly. Shake thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 days. Fill a glass with ice and add all ingredients. Stir in glass for 20 seconds to mix and chill.

Hot Toddy Mocktail

INGREDIENTS (Makes 1)
  • 1.5 oz. strained Camp Craft Cocktails Hot Toddy infusion
  • 4 oz. apple cider
PREPARATION

Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Hot Toddy with hot water, and cap tightly. Allow to cool and then shake thoroughly. Add all ingredients to a heat proof mug, stir, and microwave for 60 seconds. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
