Pineapple Jalapeño Slush
Want to have some fun confusing everyone by serving a frozen drink that is also spicy? If your answer is yes, this recipe is for you!

INGREDIENTS

- 1.5 oz. strained Camp Craft Cocktails Pineapple Jalapeño infusion
- 3 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. orange juice
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ oz. lime juice
- 1 hurricane glass
- 1 long straw
- 1 blender
PREPARATION (Makes 1)
- Place pineapple chunks in the freezer on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Leave for at least 12 hours.
- Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Pineapple Jalapeño with tequila and cap tightly. Shake thoroughly. If you want to avoid a too-spicy finished drink, open the jar after one day and use tongs to pluck out the two jalapeno halves. Recap and allow to cool in a refrigerator for 3 days.
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a hurricane glass and add a long straw. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple or lime wheel and a cherry if you like.
