How to Infuse Your Cocktails

  1. Fill Camp jar with 12oz of Liquor (or hot water for zero proof).
  2. Refrigerate for 3 Days
    OR
    Don’t have 3 Days? Microwave your infused Camp jar without the lid for 1 minute, and shake. Remove lid and continue to microwave in 30 second increments until small bubbles appear and the liquid is heated through. Allow to cool.
  3. Shake well and strain
  4. Mix 1.5 oz with a mixer of your choice (soda, juice, tonic, etc.), or use in one of our recipes.

Daiquiri Storm

Infusion Time: 3 days | Active Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS
Makes 1
  • 1.5 oz. strained Camp Craft Cocktails Berry Blend infusion
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 1 glass of choice
PREPARATION
  1. Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Berry Blend with dark rum, and cap tightly. Shake thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 days.
  2. Fill a glass with ice and add all the ingredients. Stir gently to combine.

Berry Blend Golden Ratio

INGREDIENTS (Makes 1)
  • 2 oz. strained Camp Craft Cocktails Berry Blend infusion
  • 1 oz. Camp Simple, Classic
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
PREPARATION

Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Berry Blend with mezcal, and cap tightly. Shake thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 days. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Cap the shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, until well chilled. Strain into an ice-filled glass.

Berry Blend Mocktail

INGREDIENTS (Makes 1)
  • 2 oz. strained Camp Craft Cocktails Berry Blend infusion
  • 4 oz. bubbly water
PREPARATION

Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Berry Blend with hot water, and cap tightly. Allow to cool and then shake thoroughly. Fill a glass with ice and add strained Berry Blend infusion. Top with your favorite bubbly water. Stir gently to combine.
