Espresso Martini
SERVES: 1
INFUSION TIME: 3 days
ACTIVE TIME: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. strained Camp Craft Cocktails Espresso Martini infusion
1 oz. Camp Simple, Classic
1 oz. half and half (or any milk you choose)
1 cocktail shaker
1 martini glass, chilled
PREPARATION
STEP 1:
Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Espresso Martini with vodka and cap tightly. Shake thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 days.
STEP 2:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice.
STEP 3:
Cap the shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until well chilled.
STEP 4:
Strain into a chilled martini glass. For an optional garnish, top cocktail with reserved infused coffee beans.

1 oz. Camp Simple, Classic
1 oz. milk of choice
PREPARATION
STEP 1:
Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Espresso Martini with mezcal, and cap tightly. Shake thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 days.
STEP 2: Fill a glass with ice and add all ingredients. Stir with a straw and serve
Affogato
SERVES: 1
INFUSION TIME: 1 hour
ACTIVE TIME: 2 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. strained Camp Craft Cocktails Espresso Martini infusion
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
PREPARATION
STEP 1:
Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Espresso Martini with hot water, and cap tightly. Allow to cool and then shake thoroughly.
STEP 2:
Add vanilla ice cream to a small bowl and pour strained Espresso Martini infusion over it. Serve with your favorite spoon.
