Peppermint Bark Coffee
This looks hard, but is oh, so easy! Make the coffee and keep it hot while you froth the half and half. Any milk that froths works and our favorite vegan option is pea milk. Curling up with this hot cup will require a blanket or your favorite fuzzy socks. Peppermint Bark Coffee conjures up all the best holiday flavors without all the fuss.

INGREDIENTS

- 1.5 oz. strained Camp Craft Cocktails Peppermint Bark Martini infusion
- ½ oz. Camp Simple, Classic flavor
- 4 oz. hot coffee
- 1 oz. half and half (or any milk that froths)
- 1 coffee mug
- 1 finely crushed peppermint candy, for garnish
PREPARATION
- Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Peppermint Bark Martini with vodka and cap tightly. Shake thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 days.
- Put half and half in a tightly closed container and froth via shaking or use a hand held frother, set aside.
- Add strained Peppermint Bark Martini infusion and Camp Simple to a heat proof mug and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Add hot coffee to the mug. Top mug with the foamed milk and sprinkle crushed peppermint to garnish.
