Maple Pumpkin

SERVES: 2
INFUSION TIME: 3 days
ACTIVE TIME: 3 minutes

INGREDIENTS
3 oz. bourbon-infused Pumpkin Smash
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 oz. lemon juice
4 oz. seltzer

INSTRUCTIONS
Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Pumpkin Smash with bourbon and cap tightly. Shake thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 days. To a mixing glass filled with ice, add bourbon-infused Pumpkin Smash, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir for 30 seconds until well combined. Strain into two highball glasses filled with fresh ice. Top each glass with 2oz. of seltzer and add a straw to each drink.

White Pumpkin

ACTIVE TIME: 4 minutes

INGREDIENTS
3 oz. rum-infused Pumpkin Smash
6 oz. vanilla almond milk
1 oz. simple syrup
nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Pumpkin Smash with rum and cap tightly. Shake thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 days. To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add rum-infused Pumpkin Smash, strained, vanilla almond milk, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into two coupe glasses. Sprinkle a small finger pinch of nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice on top.

ACTIVE TIME: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS
1 infused Pumpkin Smash kit
15 oz. canned pumpkin
24 oz. apple cider
12 oz. cream soda
whipped cream, for garnish
nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Pumpkin Smash with a liquor of your choice and cap tightly. For this recipe, we suggest using vodka. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 days. Add the following ingredients to a gallon-size container, making sure to stir before adding the next ingredient: infused and strained Camp Pumpkin Smash, canned pumpkin, apple cider, and cream soda.  Once all ingredients are thoroughly combined, chill in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, remove from the refrigerator and stir again. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle a small finger pinch of nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice on top.

1 infused Pumpkin Smash kit
15 oz. canned pumpkin
24 oz. apple cider
12 oz. cream soda
whipped cream, for garnish
nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice, for garnish

Fill the Camp Craft Cocktails Pumpkin Smash with hot water and cap tightly. Shake thoroughly, and allow to cool. Add the following ingredients to a gallon-size container, making sure to stir before adding the next ingredient: infused and strained Camp Pumpkin Smash, canned pumpkin, apple cider, and cream soda.  Once all ingredients are thoroughly combined, chill in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, remove from the refrigerator and stir again. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle a small finger pinch of nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice on top.
